THEME: Inventing the future
OBJECTIVES:

•to raise awareness about the individual role of each person, especially young people, in the creation and maintenance of a culture of respect and peace;

•to contribute towards the development of respect and peace towards difference in young people and their communities;

•to help young participants to develop a life project and to foster their own personal growth;

•to create and consolidate strong partnerships between youth partner organisations.

•to develop peer education activities in the ambit of nonviolent conflict prevention and education for respect and diversity;

•to develop a range of activities inside the concept of non-formal education, RMA and mobility in order to achieve nonviolent conflict transformation;

•to consider human rights and promote a notion of respect for those rights;

•to permit a mutual exchange of experience and good practice in nonviolent conflict transformation and the promotion of a culture of respect and diversity between partners;

•to develop new projects within the Youth in Action Programme.
